Ok so I have started to work out and am a bit sore but not discouraged. I have decided to follow the Body For Life plan. Its a 12 week program that you can follow and journal your progress by planning everything from your nutrition to your workouts as well as your mindset! As many successful people say, if you want to achieve your goals, “write them down”. Make them definable and achievable. Strive for progress and not perfection is the key.
